Knowledge Sharing Workshop with the media

In a bid to deepen engagement and learning we continue to work with the media to enhance coverage of 21st century skills assessment and the inclusion in the main education curriculum.

GESCI organised a meeting with editors in Tanzania and Uganda to look at various ways we can work together to ensure reports that come out of our interventions are translated in formats that all our partners and beneficiaries understand.

The media is a key stakeholder when it comes to advocacy and we envision a collaboration that will give values and life skills the required attention.

These activities were made possible through the Adapting assessment into policy and learning (ADAPT): Adolescent 21st Century Skills project implemented in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

ADAPT aims at promoting the acquisition of 21st century skills for adolescents by strengthening utilisation of data from learning assessments in curriculum design, adaptation, and delivery.
