Global e-Schools and Communities Initiative (GESCI) is leading a consortium of three partners including Makerere University’s College of Education and External Studies (CEES) and The University of Notre Dame’s Global Center for the Development of the Whole Child (GC-DWC) in implementing the Adapting assessment into policy and learning (ADAPT) : Adolescent 21st Century Skills Project in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
The project team held a planning and induction to lay out a workplan on kick starting project activities
Teams from GESCI, The Regional Education Learning Initiative (RELI) Assessment of Life skills and Values in East Africa (AliVE,The State University of Zanzibar (SUZA), IDRC and Makerere University participated in the workshop
The ADAPT Project is supported by the Global Partnership for Education, Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (GPE – KIX) and is funded by the International Research Development Centre (IDRC).
