GESCI Joined education stakeholders from civil society organisations and the government  to celebrate the Regional Education Learning Initiative -RELI at five years since inception during the organisation's 2022 convening. RELI is a network of 73 organisations from Kenya, Uganda,Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) working on improving learning outcomes in East Africa.

GESCI is a member of the RELI Values and Life Skills Cluster promoting acquisition of 21st Century Skills and uptake of evidence from assessments.The Adapting assessment into policy and learning (ADAPT) Project Lead Samuel Otieno is the RELI Country Co-Lead Kenya, guiding organisations into achieving the network's key objectives.

During the convening we got to share what the ADAPT project has achieved so far and the upcoming activities which include sharing findings of formative studies on the Utilization of Learning Assessments in Kenya, Uganda and the united Republic of Tanzania.
