Most of them have really improved in their performance, they are not where they were when the ADSI started.” Ms. Magina went ahead to encourage the teachers to embrace use of technology in teaching and learning to ensure they produce innovative learners. Regional Academics Officer, Vincent Itambo echoed her sentiments saying “There is improvement in performance in the schools that have implemented the project. We wish to ask the trained teachers to share the knowledge with other schools and not keep it in the schools they are currently teaching. This way, we shall empower all schools in the region and eventually the whole country.” A teacher from Kingolwira secondary, Mr. Samwel Kiange had this to say; “ In the third cycle of training, we have learnt how to edit videos and audio. At this point, if I get a clip with English voice overs, say done by an American, I can comfortably adjust it to suit my students’ needs.” On the sustainability aspect of the project, Project Coordinator for ADSI in Morogoro Ramadhani matimbwa said; “ We have created a Community of Practice platform, all teachers will be able to network, so even after the project ends in  December 2020, learning will continue.” This training is part of a wider implementation plan of the ADSI programme in Tanzania, Kenya and Cote d’Ivoire. It is funded by Mastercard Foundation, Canada.
