Officials from Mastercard Foundation visited Salvation Army Joytown Secondary School, a school for learners who are differently abled. It is one of the 80 secondary schools implementing the African Digital Schools Initiative (ADSI) programme in Kenya. This school has proven that technology is inclusive and governments should only work on policies that cater for all learners.Students here are exposed to computer keyboards and mice that can be operated by their feet. Those with hearing problems are able to watch text to video files and follow instructions hence easier for them to understand concepts.
