The First ADAPT Project National Advisory Group (NAG) Meeting for Uganda

The Adapting assessment into policy and learning (ADAPT):Adolescents 21st Century Skills Project team in Uganda facilitated a meeting with the National Advisory Group (NAG) members.

The National Advisory Group is tasked with validating research findings from the formative studies carried out during the project implementation period and advising on approaches to ensure uptake of evidence in supporting education policy making and planning.

This meeting brought together participants from the Uganda National Commission for UNESCO, the Association of Secondary Head Teachers of Uganda, the National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC), the departments of ;Planning, Government Secondary Schools, Private Schools and Institutions and Teacher Education, training and Development (TETD) of the Ministry of Education and Sports (MOES) Uganda, the Regional Education Learning Initiative -RELI Leadership Uganda,the Assessment of Values and Life Skills Initiative- ALiVE Uganda,the Luigi Giussani Institute of Higher Education, the JM Education and Research Centre (JMERC) and Makerere University's College of Education and External Studies (CEES) who are leading the implementation of ADAPT in Uganda.
