Preparation

During the preparation phase, GeSCI staff, in close consultation with MoE officials, donors and other partners, will prepare a detailed country engagement strategy for the selected country or countries. The Country Engagement Strategy (CES) document is the key output of this phase in the programme's life cycle as it provides the framework for the partnership and will include a detailed log frame, activity plan, budget, staffing and Monitoring and Evaluation plan.
