African Leadership in ICT Consultative Workshop Report
One of the underlying principles of the ALICT program is the involvement of partners and stakeholders. The views and opinions of people who will promote and participate in the ALICT program should be included in decisions about program conceptualization and development. To further develop the ALICT capacity building program framework, GeSCI as an implementing agency, facilitated a consultation workshop with key partners and stakeholders on 14- 16 December 2010 in Nairobi, Kenya. This report is an account of that consultative process.
