ALICT Knowledge Society Thematic Papers
GeSCI commissioned a series of background thematic papers on the Knowledge Society and its pillars of Education, ICT, Science and Technology and Innovation. The papers were shared in a high level regional workshop with key policy, research and ministry official stakeholders in Nairobi in December 2010. This workshop consultation facilitated by GeSCI, focused on clarifying issues, questions and emergent thinking on the Knowledge Society and its pillars.
