Creating a user-friendly TCO app
at the local or institutional or national level, and in any part of the world. As the Rwandese have used the original TCO to cost their One-Laptop-Per-Child intiative, we will be asking them to test this friendlier version of the tool and to make some final adjustments based on their feedback. We hope that this user-friendly app will help many people to leverage the power of the TCO for large and small scale ICT implementation planning. We hope to release the new app by March-end if not before.
